tested here, on these versions, on this date.

What "tested" means

Every post lists the exact versions, operating system and date it was checked on, at the top under "Tested on". A fix is reported as working only when it worked in that setup. Your project, versions or machine can differ, and tools change fast, so a fix that worked here can behave differently for you. When a post is re-tested, its date changes to "Updated" and the new versions are listed.

No warranty

The commands, code and advice on this site are provided as they are, without any warranty. Run commands that change your system (installing packages, editing permissions, deleting folders) only after you understand what they do, and keep a backup or a clean commit to return to. I'm not responsible for loss or damage from using what's written here.

Security advice

Some posts mention security advisories or settings that turn a check off. Where a post shows how to disable a safety check, it says so and explains the risk; the safer option is listed first. For anything that matters in production, read the vendor's own advisory too.

Names and trademarks

Product names such as Node.js, npm, TypeScript, Python, Prisma, Claude and others belong to their owners. This site isn't affiliated with or endorsed by any of them. Error messages are quoted so you can find the fix for the exact text you're seeing.

Ads and links

No company pays for a verdict here. If the site shows ads, they are marked as ads and kept apart from the content, and they never decide what gets tested or what a post concludes. If a post ever contains an affiliate link or a sponsored product, it says so at the top, before the first link. What ads mean for your data is on the Privacy page.

Mistakes

If something here is wrong or stopped working, open an issue on the nk-repro repository with the post's address, your versions and the error. I re-run the test and correct the post. More on how posts are made is on the About page.
